Customers may try their shoes on indoors to assess their fit and comfort.

For standard returns, shoes must remain clean, in good condition, and free from dirt, stains, damage, or signs of outdoor wear.

Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs, including the cost of returning shoes for a size exchange.

We do not charge additional exchange handling fees, and standard shipping for approved replacement pairs is free.

Once a return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval, or sooner where required by law.
